Did really well for the last week or so. Not so much yesterday. (Chocolate cake and no gym?)

But I’m trying not to beat myself up about it. I’m going to be healthier today, and honestly, life is not just about calorie counting. Sometimes you want to go out to dinner/cook something tasty. That doesn’t mean that every day is about chocolate cake, but it does mean that life isn’t just those numbers.

So a little more accountability for today, but not regrets.
