So last night I didn’t do so well. And with about a week away from my friend’s wedding, I want to do better. I’m sick of feeling bad about what I eat but then continuing to have it anyway. So no thoughts like “You’re so fat and gross” and then eating whatever when I get home from work.

No judgements, no excuses! Healthy living for the next week, even when I have to eat out. (Which I will on Friday and Sunday.)
