This morning I got to the gym and realized that I’d left my headphones at phone. (Smart move!) I kept thinking “I can’t work out without music, I’ll need to leave, blah blah blah.” But I powered through 50 minutes of running/walking. (I’m not that great a runner, but at least I made it through 25 solid minutes of running!)

Not that I should congratulate myself about this weekend. Lots of eating/not a lot of working out. Let’s plan for a healthy week!
