The good, the bad, no ugly allowed
I want this to be a positive resource, so not just the bad stuff. A look at what I do well now and what I can better at.
Good habits:
- Drinking a lot of water
- Eating fruits and veggies
- Going to the gym regularly (even if I don’t really branch out like I should)
Bad habits:
- Eating chocolate all the time
- Eating without thinking if I’m really that hungry
- Going home and snacking on whatever
- Saying okay to take out/going out when the boyfriend suggests it, even though I know it’s not a good decision
- Not getting enough sleep
